Concerts through Arona in honour of Saint Cecilia

Every year, the Banda de Música de Arona, Arona's municipal academy orchestra, gives a series of free concerts in the borough. This year will be no different, with concerts between this Friday, 24 November, and Saturday, 2 December. The concerts are in honour of the patron saint of music, Saint Cecilia, and the orchestra itself is formed by the students of the Escuela Municipal de Música y danza de Arona, a school where some 700 young musicians study dance and music, specialising in their different instruments.
