Actually the Meridiano looks about as close as we'll get!  It's only across the road.  According to Google Maps this one might be slightly closer, but if it is it will also be fuller...  I suspect Meridiano will indeed be the best bet, at least there's lots of parking available there!

Edit:  Zooming in on the Cesar Manrique parking in Satellite mode, it's a lot closer than Meridiano.  It might be worth trying for a space there first!

the closer one is always jampacked, so Meridiano is going to be better. Can you check it out Marion, from Nova's link, whether you could walk from the Meridiano to the Recinto?

I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel my attendance. 

My knee is not really getting any better. I think I may have done some serious damage to it. I'll need to go to orthopaedics when I get home and see what they say.
