Well so much for that! 

Not even a sign of it starting by 22.15 so as I don't do standing around like a spare prick at a wedding, I gave up and came home to see how well my GoPro works at night.

Fireworks at 12 midnight tonight @Michael  They are usually fairly on time, maybe 12.15 or so. The procession is something to see. There is always the fear that they will drop the Virgin into the sea.  She is on a wee boat first, then transferred to a bigger boat. There are crowds of people at the beach.
