It seems Endesa do a "bono social" or subsidised rate for households in which every person is unemployed.....

Have you had any luck with this or have you had insufficient time to chase it as of yet?

I haven't done anything about it yet because I wanted to first be able to prove I was on paro.  One obstacle is that I'm on the wrong tariff.  To be eligible for the discount you have to be on one of the tariffs with PVPC, which I'm sure I was on to begin with but now I'm not.  I need to phone Endesa.  Will keep you updated
