Nova you are lucky you get bills.  I just get charged.

Some years ago I was on their online system, and dropped off it.  Somebody came to the door to try to get us to switch tariffs, and now, I am not even in the bloody system! 

They still bill me all the time though.   :03:

You wouldn't think that tiny reduction would create such a big drop in the bill though, would you?

It seems Endesa do a "bono social" or subsidised rate for households in which every person is unemployed.  I can't see anywhere where it  specifies a minimum number of people per household, so presumably I could get cheaper electricity while I'm out of work.  Gotta be worth an ask!  :great:
