At last! Yellow alert for rain tomorrow

Aemet has raised a yellow alert for rain in Tenerife tomorrow. The alert is for 15mm per hour between midday and midnight, and is specifically for the north coast and altitude. I hope some in the south get to see some as well, but anything will be welcome for the island's reservoirs. JA

It's windy as hell in the west and the sea is choppy.  The area between here and La Gomera is getting rain...that's right, over the ocean.  We wait and see...

Been throwing it down for the past hour. Cloud level quite low, just above the village. Still in shorts and a tee shirt though

Nothing changed since my last report still raining. Oh! wait a min, its started throwing it down as I type!
