OK .. so how the hell do you sign up for their online stuff??

It's a total mystery. And that miserable little COW in the edesa office refused to help me sign up when there was nobody else waiting, so she had nothing else to do. She said I had to phone a helpline for on-line problems, but couldn't or wouldn't tell me the number. Unbelievable.

If my Spanish had been up to it, I would have advised her to phone a helpline, one for miserable gits who have huge chips on their shoulders.
