What is wrong with politics in Spain?

My heavens but that is a funny video.  I never heard of the woman before today but clearly she is a legend and they can't wait to pounce on her.  She is an embarrassment to the good people of Madrid, that's for sure!

Somehow I cannot imagine Esperanza doing lo mismo ... she should still be mayor of Madrid ... but maybe Ana Botella should listen to this ...

Boris Johnson did a lot to get the Olympics for London, and what a success they were.
However, if Madrid manages to pull off this bid today, it will be in spite of this awful woman.

Are there any politicians in Spain (or the Canaries) that aren't corrupt?

Simple answer Michael NO! There are those that have been found out those who haven't and those that have died before they could be found out. And that's the view of the Spanish no me!

At some point someone will do something about this type of shamelessness, won't they??  It's not long been announced that from 1 October patients with chronic illnesses including cancer will have to pay up to €4 or so per bottle/packet of medication provided by hospitals for their treatment ...
