Man rescued from drowning at Playa Las Vistas

A 50-year-old man is critically ill after being resuscitated after drowning at Playa Las Vista in Los Cristianos. The incident happened just before 11am this morning, and emergency services were called out with reports that the man had been pulled from the water and attempts to bring him around were taking place. Once paramedics were on the scene, they stabilized him and then transferred him to Hospitén Sur, where he remains in a serious condition, but thankfully alive.  JA
