Monarch are getting everyone back, on their proper days so you won't miss any time there mate.

I'm sure the thing on your back will be fine, just get plenty of sunscreen on it. Probably wise to limit the exposure too. I never do my back anyway...There's never enough energy in the sun by the time it's got the whole of my front done...

The Monarch website gives an alternative flight for those cancelled today, with virtually no change in times. Those later in the week are not yet posted.

But the melanoma needs attention pronto!

yes I have looked at those and not to worried about the return flight, I spent a couple of hours in the emergency walk in yesterday and the doctor said it didn't look like one, but after looking at descriptions of them on internet, it looks like a squamous or similar, with crusting on the top and bleeding, they just told me to keep an eye out for colour change or change in size. I'm frightened to go out of the bloody apartment without a coat on

Ten of us booked with monarch for next may as well, and only booked a couple of months ago, so we are not covered for a refund but should be covered on credit card insurance I think?

hope they sort your flights out marbs, and yes, if you paid by credit card you'll get the cost back through them if no other way! Your travel insurance might cover it too.

Fuckin great what with monarch going bust and my wife finding what looks like a melanoma on my back yesterday this holiday is all fun I spent 2 hours in the emergency walk in centre yesterday, the doctor said it didn't look like one and gave me some steroid cream, but after checking up on internet it has a crusting on top and started to bleed, which describes a sort of squamous or basal, they told me to keep checking for any discolouration or change in size

Mar mate my Mum has had quite a few off her legs and one off her back, OH had 2 off his back - not pleasant but better to get sorted then it's done !
