Anybody going?  Anybody ever been?

Playa San Juan was enough for a lifetime, thanks.  :nut:

But did you see that this one has Canarian folk music, your favourite?

I haven't been to one of these, but it's much more of a market-artesan foods fair, rather than a tapas event. From what I've seen and heard, they are very well attended, well organized, and worth seeing. I'm readily open to persuasion if you'd like to go, @Myrtle Hogan-Lance  :tiphat:

Report:

There are the usual stalls of jewelry, bags and children's toys you don't need. But there are things you may like, so it's worth a look.

There is lots of food to try and buy:  a large variety of cheeses, mojos, sweets, wine, banana and other liqueurs, bread, almond products, banana products and so forth.  A really great stall is the one with herbs and spices which include ras al-hanout and all manner of things which are unusual here.  I got some ground clove which you can't get at Mercadona.

Glad we gave it a go!

and I'm home with almogrote and fig&nut ryebread ... which is stupendous ...  :tiphat:
