This is mine. I'm "up to 200mb" but this is my test. Will it be slower because I am on wifi on my phone? If I were plugged in I'm guessing it would be faster.

Almost agree, but the type of wifi adaptor in your computer will limit your actual speed. if it's 802-11n or -11ac then go for the higher offer, if not it could be a waste.
