Switching to Movistar Fusion

The bastards are only charging me for all four months at once!!  Next week I am to expect a charge to my bank account of over 170 euros!!!!  The whole point of switching to Fusion was to help me control my monthly outgoings - will I ever be allowed to get my bloody finances sorted out???
