Fancy learning how to make Canarian cakes and puddings? Adeje is holding a Taller de Repostería Tradicional Canaria - traditional Canarian confectionary workshop – on 14 and 15 May at 5pm in the Centro de Desarrollo Turístico Costa Adeje (CDTCA) in El Galeón. As usual, although the classes are free, places are limited, so registration is required. Just ring the number on the poster above. JA

edit: note that they are rosquetes "fritos" ... so there are fried, and not fried, doughnuts ... :D
