I can confirm that its at Santa Cruz about a mile off the coast. Well it was when we left the car to go in to town. When we got back to the car it had disappeared from view. It must be going at a cracking speed!

To help you all through your cold turkey, I thought i'd share this with you.  :D

Harland & Wolff, Belfast. To give it some scale, Samson, the biggest of the two cranes beside it, stands 348ft. tall.

It's been pretty boring around here lately.  But now I have something that will give Perikles an attack of the vapours!

We had to drop some people off at their ship in Santa Cruz today and OH, the all-knowing, decided to go north in hopes of leaving the port that way.  GUESS WHAT I SAW??????

That's right, it's everybody's favourite oil rig!

Happy days are here again!!!!

Hey! I hope Briz sees this because we were talking the other day about where it went, and I thought it was Santa Cruz! Excellent  :great:

That is an oil rig in jail. No doubt for loitering with intent.

Now that is beginning to get interesting.

Janet
