FCO video on buying property abroad

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office has produced this video on buying property abroad. It's worth a watch, and is only 15 minutes long, and contains all the general dos and don'ts that I've filled my own website with, but in an easy one-off format as a starting point without the detail. Just one word of caution: part of the video, in the middle or so, concerns holiday letting of private apartments. This video is for anyone buying property in Spain, and in many parts of Spain private holiday letting is still legal (though the government is looking at changing this). In some parts, however, such as the Canaries and the Balearics, it is illegal, so it is one part of the video that needs to be evaluated depending on area.
