Ok, Chrome settings.  Scroll down and click advanced settings.  Keep scrolling down to HTTP/SSL.  Click the button "Manage Certificates".  Make sure you are in the "Personal" tab and you should be looking at your certificate.  Select it and click Export to save a copy.  You will be asked to accept some settings for the export.  Save it where you want it.  Done.

I hate this shit - can you give the Spanish equivalents? there aint nothing recognizable

  That's great, you shouldn't be able to open it    It's even easier on Firefox, but Myrtle needs to have access to the computer/browser she was using before in order to pull the certificate from there.

Acceder al menú Herramientas, Opciones de Internet. Una vez allí, seleccionaremos la pestaña "Contenido". En el apartado de Certificados pulsaremos el botón de "Certificados" y una vez en la ventana pulsaremos la pestaña "Personal". Aquí se nos muestra una pantalla con la relación de Certificados personales instalados en nuestro navegador. Seleccionamos el que queremos exportar y pulsamos el botón "Exportar".

That's because she spent a whole day doing it, I spent one minute. I meant that the Spanish needs one more step than the English, and I was trying to follow the English sequence - the "advanced settings" are there in the smallest typeface possible, hidden by the task bar. What is the matter with these people who design this?
