TF24 Teide access road via La Esperanza to reopen on Friday after collapse in recent storm

The Teide access road via La Esperanza, the TF2, will reopen on Friday, the Cabildo has announced. The road has been closed since 10 December first because of ice and snow during the recent storm, and then before it could be reopened there was a serious collapse of an entire carriageway near the Los Loros junction. Cabildo roads councillor José Luis Delgado said that the reopening would proceed on Friday providing that there was no further snowfall in the meantime. JA
