Flight tracker

I remember I either had an app or a link to a website where I could track flights in realtime and see them on a map. Does anyone remember what it was called? I think it was discussed on a now defunct forum site in case that jogs anyone's memory.  Poor Matt is going to have a very bumpy landing tonight with the weather up here!
