Kingy, Nova's vegetarian!

If you think it was too hot in Tenerife last week, have a thought for Kuwait, where the temperature reached 54º C.

FFS :leccyfan:

bloody hot, and the Canarian Government has issued a forest fire risk alert for the western islands of Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro, and for Gran Canaria. The alert is in place from this lunchtime and will remain in place until further notice.

Valverde, El Hierro, back garden in the shade is now just over 30ºc, blooming hot, hazy cloud, we can just about see La Gomera.

Inside is cooler 25ºc

La Gomera's not visible from the west side of Tenerife today.  And it is 33 degrees here.  I was up in Santa Cruz this morning, where it's a good five degrees cooler.  But they have a hell of a lot of heat haze.
