What's with all these huge grey clouds in the sky?  I could have stayed in Scotland!

It's lovely and cloudy down here this morning! 

and up here ... was raining last evening!!

That'll be my fault. It knows i'm coming.

and the lovely thing is it's back to normal now, beautiful high summer ...

So is this that one day a year that Tenerife's weather is wetter than N.Ireland's?

well, it's not really been torrential, and it's still bloody hot ... it didn't clear the air, that's for sure!! We had some nice rain for a few hours this morning, but now it's stopped ...

but they say there's more coming!

The heavens have just opened here!!  I stood on the terrace revelling in it until my pyjama top turned into a "wet t-shirt" and I thought it prudent to come inside    The sky is such a solid thick grey-white I think it might be set in for the night now

heavens have just reopened here too, and calmer now but half an hour ago it was gale force fog ...

chickens think the wet is brilliant!
