it's been raining off and on all day here, around lunchtime it was very heavy, now it's just "steady", proper British rain! :D

I beg to differ. Proper British rain is bloody freezing as well.  :singingrain:
[countdown=01,06,2021,13,30][/countdown] until I return to Tenerife!

So it's not only us in the uk getting it. What temps are you getting?

Janet

it's been really cold in the wind today ... I know it's all relative. Right now outside it's 17º and just spitting with rain.

Was minus 7  here this morning so as you say it's relative....now 17 sounds a heatwave !!

A squally front should begin to reach us this evening, bringing showers which will be heavy at times in various parts of Tenerife. The forecast isn't all that clear at present, and will hopefully be clarified in coming hours, but at the moment it seems that Tuesday and Wednesday will be the main days for wet weather.
