It's horrible @MM, hot and sunny and stifling!  My car was just reading 26 degrees but it feels much hotter than that.  It's very humid and sweaty and close and there's no air.  I much preferred it when it was raining

Yes it's dreadful.  23 and sunny on my roof terrace, where I passed some time this afternoon and did not get wet or cold.  I do not know how much more of this I can stand.

It's been a hot summer this year.

In November, it's still 29C as I drive on the TF1 this afternoon.

Naturally.  I have a race on Santa Cruz in Sunday.  Last year we baked.  This year I expect we'll get soaked.  Oh to run 8km in the rain.  Still, better than the half marathon I did in Nuremberg in pouring rain.

we've had several days of "calima", but not a heavy one, just lovely warm weather with a slight dust haze in the air ... but this morning that's all changed, and we have cool and cloud. It's obviously gearing up for this weekend's "weather front" that we've been told to expect.
