Feckin' dehydrated! 

It happened me toooo a few years ago. My legs stopped working. I had to call an ambulance. I couldn't figure out what was wrong....hadn't the foggiest and I'm a first-aider.

Was in Tenerife today, eye clinic, Candalaria, it was blooming hot, nice cool breeze when we arrived back at El Hierro airport, shall have to re-hydrate tonight with some frothy golden nectar.................

Right now you wouldn't know La Gomera is there at all, but the sky is much clearer this morning, it's actually blue!  The sea is also blue and there's a deliciously cool breeze on my terrace
