It was hammering down here in the early hours - wonderful    I said it looked like snow yesterday, we just got the unfrozen version

It is now absolutely chucking it down! 

I think the red dot just off the west coast just reached us ... and note the white top of Teide ...

How lovely!  I wonder if I'll catch some of that red blob too, or is that what we had in the early hours?  I can't tell which way it's moving...

So I am wrong about this, they do it everywhere . . . . the stupid coloured alerts. A sign of the times.

You will have colours  . . . lots of rain coming your way.

I could be wrong but I think it's recent here. I don't remember it from previous years.

circular system, moving, for our purposes, south west to north east ... think it misses the south tip of Tenerife.
