We had 18º this morning!!

It won't last, of course, and will heat up again midweek, but they're saying it will be back to normal August temperatures, rather than the heatwave type hell!

The Cabildo has lifted its ban on mountain activities, and all weather alerts are terminated too. All is now back to normal. JA

It was cooler here last night and pleasantly fresh first thing this morning, but now we're in an oven again!  It's unbearable

My god, I don't believe it!!!  Rain in August!!!! 

Ok so it isn't rain as we know it, I wondered whether it was spray from the sea at first, it's just drops of air moisture with velocity behind them, from above so they're falling downwards, and they're so cool on the skin, like refreshing fairy rain!  It's wonderful!!!!
