well this morning is just perfect ... clear sky, warm sun, and cool air!! It's 24º!

Just been out on the balconies, it certainly feels fresher.  As for cooler, I think it's too soon to say.  It's lovely on the front balcony because it's still in shade, but the back balcony is already absorbing the sun's heat.

Yesterday I was playing golf at Amarilla in a hairdryer gale at 40 degrees.  It was brutal.
