My son just came back yesterday morning - lucky escape. Although he did say that he had a wee bit of falling water during his fortnight

One of the complex cleaners came along the walkway next to my terrace as I stood watching the rain.

I nodded skywards and asked 'What's this then?'

'Agua' she replied with a laugh.

Well I did ask.  :cheesy:

Over six inches fell here in Valverde, El Hierro, last night and for the first time in many years the barranco ran, the frogs will sing tonight, it will be interesting to plumb the aljibes.

Some flights were cancelled this morning.

Christ, still 29 outside and not a breath and I have had enough!  Not enough to move to Montana where they have 3 feet of snow, nor to the Isle of Man where they're being flooded out of their homes.  Just - enough!

As you were.
