I've no idea, there are still big wedges of ice on the bottom and down one side that I can't shift, and my new kettle is having lots of boiling practice  :(

Worse is that I decided a couple of hours ago that I'm too tired to clean the piggies tonight, so I decided to do it tomorrow morning before the cleaner comes at 10.30, but if I'm up until all hours with this freezer....

Meanwhile all my frozen stuff is thawing out in the Iceland bag!

Who's stupid idea was this anyway?  :banghead:

Oh god. Impossible situation. If you just turn it back on it won't have defrosted, so pointless exercise. If you leave it off the frozen stuff is defrosting ...

Steam is the only thing, and it sounds like you're doing that ...  :undecided:

Well that worked rather well!!  There was just an almighty crash as the huge slab from the top of the freezer fell down all in one piece, and when I pulled at the side and bottom slabs they all came loose too!!!

:wee_hee:  Now I just need to drain it of water, dry it, fill it and go to bed :spingirl:

Thanks Janet  :tiphat:
