Large rise in IBIs?

The bill for IBIs arrived today from Guía de Isora.  Here is the progression of charges:

2011 - 404.22
2012 - 452.54
2013 - 500.87

It is less than we paid in London, but still, it is a pretty steep rise.

We've just got ours, showing an increase of 18% to €34.84

And just after posting that, I read in El Dia that IBIs in Guia de Isora will drop by 15% next year. Weird.

Just went to pick ours up €331 a rise of €30 from last year. I was quite surprised it was so low, I was expecting a much higher increase

I think 9% is quite high.
