Goverment/Local Council grants.

Are there grants available to a residential complex that is about to carry out building work for the improvement of the complex?

My personal feeling is that the answer would be no...a derrama would need to be applied

I ask this question because a fellow community member has said that there could possibly be grants available, as in the UK.

I know this is Tenerife and not the UK...I just thought I would ask the question.

I don't know Mazoka, but I doubt it very much. The councils can't even pay their staff. So I would doubt they have any money for grants even if they were available.
