Don't ring 11866 in Spain

It seems that there's a scam around at present involving a 11866 Spanish phone number. If you are ever asked to ring 11866 by an advertising call, or by responding to an advert that promises something inexpensive, don't call it. It's a premium scam line, which carries a €3,77 connection charge and a cost of €3,63 per second (!) thereafter.
