I don't think @Lucky ever responded when asked about the dividing line between upper and lower GdS. The trouble is it could realistically be divided in several places.

I live in Lower GDS. I have lived in 2 places at Lower GDS. If i were to move to Upper GDS it would become Lower GDS.
I hope this explains.
