God what a dither ... do I put this in the Christmas boards? a new thread in the Canary Islands discussion section? a new one here in the Canary Islands Information section? the new private members-only board for all things Tenerife one? or in this actual thread for webcams??!!!!

hey ho, it's wonderful wherever it goes! People usually watch the plaza in La Orotava because they enjoy seeing the crafts people making the wonderful sand carpets for Corpus Christi, but now thanks to Canary Live24 we can watch them creating the Belén, the huge traditional nativity scene for Christmas. HERE is the live webcam ... I'll be looking in every day, myself!

Me too. @melm and I watch this every year on the cam as well as the Corpus Christi sand carpet.

Noticed some new panoramic ones this morning of Teide and Las Cañadas on the webcam page of the apalmet weather site.

Here's one screen capture I took this morning and a link to the page of cams.

Even with the sun getting lower, it's far more inviting at this moment than the dark overcast view over the Clyde.
