Unbelievable the way they've messed you about with this. I doubt putting in a complaint will do any good. Companies like this just don't seem to care about their customers!

In years gone by, upon hearing that the package had not arrived, Amazon would have already sent a replacement.  Pity they don't do that any more.

And another order has been returned to sender.  This time from Amazon UK with estimated delivery 8th August.  I've just had an email saying the order has been returned to them and refunded, so I got straight on to customer services who said it was marked as undeliverable due to "incomplete address".  This is fucking ridiculous now  :gonnagetit:

Well, the good news is that my address does exist, Tenerife hasn't completely dropped off the planet and I haven't been blacklisted by customs or Post Office!  The skirt that I ordered from Debenhams on Monday of last week has just been delivered by a rather dashing young postman  :great:

This is new!  I've just received this email, which looks genuine and the tracking number is recognised by the Correos website:

Quote
Estimado cliente,

Atentamente,

Atención al Cliente
Correos S.A.E.

Anyone know how Correos got my email address?  Or what they're actually bringing me??  :giggle:  I have two packages on the way that I know of but they're both coming from the States as far as I know.  One of them has a different tracking number and was updated to "status: shipped" on the 18th, and the other has no tracking at all!
