Radio Sur Adeje ...

I've only been vaguely aware of this Ayuntamiento radio station, usually through catching a glimpse of the broadcasting booth whenever I've been in the Adede Cultural Centre, but I'm now very aware of it because they're interviewing me today!!! 

The ex-editor of Island Connections Clio O'Flynn now has a half hour slot a couple of times a week (I think) on Monday and Thursday which is aimed at the English-speakers in the audience  ... the station is primarily Spanish.

It might be an interesting addition to radio listening for those who listen to the radio ... admittedly I rarely do!

Anyway, I'll be on this afternoon, between 1 and 1.30, for a 6-7 minute interview slot if anyone's interested!

So far I've learned that the number of people addicted to tranquillisers in the Canaries due to the economic circumstances has increased.  In Spanish.  Can't wait to hear Janet rolling her rrrrrrrs.
