Legal situation for “illegal letting” fines at end of first appeal to Government procedure

It might make it easier for people to understand if you were to collate it into some kind of timeline with the options available at each stage.  Not necessarily a graphical timeline, but maybe just a step by step breakdown of the process from beginning to end.

I don't mind whether they are arranged or not, I just thought you might prefer it that way

Cannot face it. Those who've been fined know the score, and those who haven't and are still at risk are at risk despite everything I've now posted for over a year and a half and with thousands of fines having been issued. A timeline isn't going to stop them.

For those still running the risk of a fine, you could try recommending they consult a psychic.  There was one mentioned on here just recently....

Any chance of a flow diagram? That's the only way I would understand it.
