Help for familys on low income....... or no income!

I would firstly point out that this info has come from the family so highly unreliable. Anyway there seems to be a 25% discount available on some utility bills. The one the wife was told about was electricity, but she was also told there we're other discounts. What they are is a mystery and we've not found any concrete evidence that there are any discounts at all! The availability of these discounts is apparently only available for those families on the €450 a month Auda payments.

Sorry no more info at the moment and as I say it could be pie in the sky as it's come from the rumour mill aka the family!
