I've just downloaded the IBI receipt from our bank account, which in previous years had the information on which to calculate the deemed rental income in order to pay the tax on it the following year, i.e. Valor Catastral.

The 2014 version does not contain the Valor Catastral and indeed lots of other information is missing like the Catastral reference.

simple question: without knowing the Valor catastral how can I complete the mod 210 next year?

You'll already have the catastral reference, of course, so I would take 2013's valor catastral and submit on that basis.

Yes but it is always nice to see the reference on the IBI receipt as a cross reference that you are paying for the correct property, not that we have more than one :)

I wonder what the answer is for those that have not paid prior to this year. They will not have the valor catastral for the previous year....although not my problem.

Normally first year is payable in cash in person so they would have a direct means of checking. I agree it's unsatisfactory ...

Stupid SEPA...  ::)  Stupid the way the Spanish banks have implemented it anyway.  It seems to be marvellous in the UK.
If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know amazing.
