Cyclist dies in horrific fall in La Laguna

A cyclist has been killed after falling from his bicycle and being run over by a lorry in La Laguna this lunchtime. The accident happened around a quarter past one on the Geneto road heading towards the city. The 43-year-old victim was attended by paramedics and bomberos, but nothing could be done to help him and his death from the injuries received was confirmed at the scene. JA
