"Residual S1" health cover to be stopped for expats

THIS seems only to affect expats who have a "residual" S1, and to be under retirement age, and to be eligible (via 3 years of contributions prior to leaving the UK and the resulting "residual S1") to healthcare in Europe for their first 2.5 years abroad.

Thought it was worth preserving the link, however, and there might be some affected.
