Santiago del Teide 2014 Almond Blossom Route

This year's almond blossom walk organized by Santiago del Teide Ayuntamiento will take place on Saturday 1 February. As usual there will be two routes, a short one of three hours from Valle de Arriba and a longer one of four and a half hours from Santiago del Teide's town plaza. The short route is said to be of low-medium difficulty, whereas the longer one is of high difficulty. Both routes will leave in groups from 8.30am, and require walkers to register in advance at a cost of €5. The application form to register is HERE, and it should either be faxed to 922-86-32-12 or sent by email to cultura@santiagodelteide.es. Upon receipt of the registration the council will provide a bank account number for walkers to make their registration payment. All further information is on the council's website HERE. JA
