well, it depends on what sort of indicating Nova means, because driving regs require drivers to indicate for overtaking, or even when changing lane in a motorway.

I guess I meant to say "failure to indicate" rather than "indicating" but honestly more detail I don't know because I don't have time to read them as I'm putting them through.
