Endesa changing the billing address

For some reason Endesa changed the address our bill is posted to three months ago. For no reason known to us the bill is now sent two doors further down on our complex. The correct meter is still being read and the bills are correct...just being sent to neighbours  :017:

The only place to change this information that I can see on the Endesa website is under 'Modify Contract' and then 'Other Administrative information' but this only lets me enter 'new' and not 'edit' existing data, otherwise it would be easy to see the error and change it.

Has anyone else done this and was it as straight forward as it appears? I am concerned that Endesa will do something stupid if I change anything, surely they wouldn't?

OK, fed up with neighbours getting our bills in their mailbox...(so are they), so what do we reckon is meant by 'Number', 'Stair', 'Floor' and 'Door' when referring to a bloque within a complex?

Is 'number' the actual complete appt. number (floor plus door), stair the bloque, whilst floor and door are obvious...even to me. There's an asterisk next to 'number' giving the impression that this is a  required field.

Any suggestions appreciated :)

As I understand it, number is the building number or the number of property the complex occupies on the street that leads to it.  If your building has no number "s/n" for "sin número" is used.

Stair is used if your building has more than one staircase, if not leave it blank.

Yep, as you say, floor and door should be obvious  :tiphat:

If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know amazing.

Ok, I plucked up the courage to change the billing address back to the correct appt. number and when attempting to modify it, it says:

The field Number cannot be empty and when attempting 's/n'  it says
The field Number must be numerical.

The 'stair' is currently being used to identify the 'bloque', this I can understand but nowhere on the 'modify contract' page can I actually see the appt. number that they are incorrectly addressing the bill to....that would make too easy to change it  :D
