Can any Tenerife dwellers recommend an insurance company that offers a decent contents-only home insurance for tenants of rented properties?

Speak to Ángel Casañas at Mutua Tenerife in Las Galletas.  He's in the office just down the pedestrianised area along from La Caja de Canarias or CajaCanarias, I can never remember which bank it is.  He's on the same side of the street as the bank.  He closes for lunch about 12.30 but is normally back in the office around 15.30.  Tell him I sent you and you want a good rate.  I am confident he'll do the best he can; whether that would meet your target or not only you can say.

We use SantaLucia Nova. I cannot give you our example because it's an all in policy. House, contents, public liability, travel insurance stuff like that. What I can say is that they have always been very good. All the family use them and we have seen how they work. I am impressed.
