Arrest made in Guaza car crash case

Update 29 February: Police say they have now arrested a driver who fled the scene of the tragedy in which the Belgian Silencio resident died. The detainee is thought to have caused the accident by overtaking dangerously. Update 9.30 pm:  Locals have identified the poor victim as a Belgian resident of Costa del Silencio. Update [...]
