Opening of Barranco del Infierno soon ?

Seems they want to open Barranco del Infierno again to the public (maximum 200 peaple aday) before the end of the year ............
Probably It could take longer who knows . 

It was closed over 4 years ago , before they were asking 3 euro entrance .

In the mean time lots of peaple went and crossed the barricade to walk it anyway (on their own risk ).
If they open it will the risk be on them then ?
I do`t think so ??????
