Adeje's annual Festival de Teatro y Danza returns for another season of performances. The series starts this evening, with Adeje cultural centre hosting a performance tonight and for the next three Friday evenings at 8.30pm. Cultural councillor Adolfo Ferrera said that the festival "has become a firm and favourite part of our annual calendar of artistic events and is evidence of our commitment to the art in general.  And for the second year running the showcase coincides with the Adeje Gastronomy Fair with both events coming together at various stages during the month".

This evening the Morfema company stage the comedy, "El buen Samaritano", and next Friday Burka Teatro offer "La Batalla".  The following week Paula Quintana interprets a poetic staging of "Siempre, en algĂșn lugar", combining dance, theatre and video and the showcase festival closes with "Me llamo Suleiman" staged by Una hora menos producciones.

Tickets for all performances are on sale in the Adeje cultural centre during the week or at the box office on the evening of the performance.
