Man arrested after violent robbery in Palm Mar

Arona Policía Local arrested a man today in Palm Mar within minutes of a threatening and violent robbery he carried out on a woman on the Paseo Marítimo. Police say that they were called by the victim herself, but that local passers-by played a large part in assisting the arrest. The victim is shaken, but thankfully unhurt.

Less than five minutes walk away on the sea front. It's shocking that something like that would happen here but especially in the middle of the day!
