Music in Adeje's main Calle Grande this Saturday evening

Adeje Ayuntamiento has announced that the musical group El Mesturao will host Adeje's second 'Festival de Parrandas' (festival groups) in the town's Calle Grande this Saturday, 20 May, from 9pm. Taking part this year will be the "La Peseta" group from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, bringing their particular Canarian touch to the evening.

To celebrate the festival, various bars and restaurants along the town's main street will make sure their clients have excellent seats to enjoy this open-air free show, which was hugely appreciated last year during the first festival of this kind.

"With the event we are contributing to the evolution of new traditions and offering free live music to the public which we hope all can enjoy", said the councillor for creative development, Adolfo Alonso Ferrera.
